Welcome to the 6U to 18U Player Registration and information page!

We are a volunteer run; recreational soccer club program that needs you to volunteer in order to provide these players with a successful season.  the Spring soccer season runs from April to June.

Areas we serve
Apple River Soccer Club (ARSC) includes players from Amery, Clear Lake, Clayton, Turtle Lake and surrounding communities.

FEES

The regular player registration fee when you register between 9/1/19 to 1/12/20.
For 6U and 8U players (5 yrs old to 8 years old) is $65.00*
For 10U and up (8 years old to 18 years old) is $75.00*
*the player registration fee covers: 
1. $20 to AYSO national membership fee
2. $1.25 to AYSO Section 6 & Area B fees
3. Balance to to the local soccer club for operating cost**
**This does not include a player uniform set (jersey; black short; matching jersey color socks)***
***10U and up require two sets of uniforms (Gold color and Navy blue color)

A $16 fee for one new full uniform set; A $12 fee for a Jersey only; A $10 fee for a black short only; A $4 fee for a pair of socks only; A shipping fee for special orders. 

A $5 discount if offered for player registrations completed by 30 November.

A $15 discount is offered to one family house hold with 3 or more registered players.

A $20 late fee is added starting on 1/13/20 to the regular player registration fee.  

IMPORTANT: Players will not be registered or placed on a team until payment has been received or arrangements have been made. Payment plans are available. 

A few Scholarships are available! 

Our policy is that parents should pay a portion of their children’s registration fee to the extent they are able.

Our Club awards scholarships to help parents or guardians who are in circumstances where the family cannot pay the full registration on their own.  The Apple River Soccer Club evaluates each request on a case by case basis.  Apply for a scholarship under the Parent Info tab above.

DEADLINES

§  Regular registration ends 1/12/20. SAVE $20.00

§  Player registration ends on 6/15/20; last soccer match of the season.  

§  Starting 1/13/20, player applications will be placed on a waiting list.  *IF* space becomes available you will be contacted.  You may be asked to pay the shipping and handling cost of the expedited uniform if applicable.

PLEASE REGISTER BEFORE 1/12/20!



HOW TO REGISTER - CHILDREN
STEP 1:  LOG IN
- FOR NEW Blue Sombrero users, click on the REGISTER NOW button in the upper right-hand corner of this web page and complete the create new account information
- FOR RETURNING Blue Sombrero user, click on the LOG IN tab in the upper right-hand corner of this web page

STEP 2: Once you login you will see your account information
FOR 
NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION, look in the upper right-hand corner for the red Register now button and click on it
1. select “I am a parent or guardian registering a participant"
2. Add New “Participant” player information then click on “add another participant” or “continue”

FOR RETURNING PLAYER REGISTRATION, look to the right of the player listed and click on the green "programs available" button.

STEP 3: AVAILABLE PROGRAMS - for more information click on the "view description" under each program 
CLICK the select button next to any of the programs you would like to participate in
CLICK continue to move to the next page

STEP 4: Complete the registration form for each participant, and at the bottom of the form check the boxes for the two waivers. NOTE only the items with an * are required.  Then click continue at the bottom.

STEP 5: Click on the green “Click here to eSign form” 

STEP 6: Review the information on the player application, then at the bottom click the checkbox and select the radio button that applies and type your name in the yellow box.  Then scroll down to read the fine print then click on “continue to review”.

STEP 7: Scroll down the form again to review it and then click “submit signed player registration” to complete this form.

STEP 8: We are an all volunteer organization - please click on “sign up” for a position you would like to help out in and and then continue

STEP 9: Select the volunteer name for each position you are volunteering for and then click on continue

STEP 10: Enter your information on the form shown and then click the box at the bottom and click continue

STEP 11: Click on the green “Click here to eSign form”

STEP 12: Review the information on the volunteer application then at the bottom click the checkbox and select the radio button that applies and type your name in the yellow box.  Then scroll down to read the fine print, then click on “continue to review”.

STEP 13: Scroll down the form again to review it and then click “submit signed volunteer application” to complete this form.

STEP 14: Click on the green "select" for the payment option of your choice then click continue

STEP 15: Enter your credit card information then click continue.  Review your order and check the terms & conditions box, then click “submit order” to complete the order.   You should see a "congratulations" order confirmation page.  You will get an order confirmation and your player’s registration is complete.  Print a copy of your player and volunteer forms, sign and turn in at Skills Assessment night in February Bring birth certificate for age verification of new players.

 

NOTE: Walk-in registration night for all areas served by Apple River Soccer Club (Amery, Clear Lake, Clayton, Turtle Lake and surrounding areas) is on Oct 1 from 6:30 - 7:30pm at the Amery high school. During the walk-in registration, all forms of payment are accepted including cash, check, money order, cashier's check, credit & debit card (Visa/MC/AMEX). We will have computers available for you to complete the online registration.  We will also have jerseys available to try on for sizing so if you are not sure which size to order stop in at Youth Rec Night.

PAYMENT METHODS
You may make payment via:
                A. Visa, Master Card via the online player application process
                B. Money Order or Cashier's Checks by mail by completing application online then printing two copies and mailing one along with payment plus a $1.50 per player fee to ARSC Registration, P.O. Box 365, Amery WI 54001, and then send an email to [email protected] alerting us that your payment is on the way 
                C. Cash payments are accepted during walk-in registration night. 



QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, CONCERNS & SPECIAL REQUESTS

If you have issues, please email us at [email protected] and we will do what we can to help you register.

If you have a sibling request (e.g., being placed together on the same team or different teams), please email them to [email protected] so that we can review each request on a case-by-case basis.  Making a request does not guarantee placement of siblings together.  We will review all requests and make a determination of placement based on the safety of the children, not the convenience of carpooling or friends or school mates.  A younger sibling may only move up one division, in no case will an older sibling move down a division. 

If Volunteer coaches have a question or special request (e.g., assistant coach, etc. ), please email them to us at [email protected] so that we can review each request on a case-by-case basis and ensure teams are balanced.  


REFUNDS
Please read the Refund policy at our Parent Info tab above for more information

NOTE: Volunteer coaches are not responsible for notifying the club of dropped players. 

The partial refund amount will be based on the notification date of the email or letter post mark date.  Once equipment or uniforms have been ordered for your player no refund is possible.
